The ALRC provides support to administrators in all adult education programs funded by the Illinois Community College Board (ICCB). Some services and support are also available for administrators funded by the Secretary of State (SOS) Illinois State Library/Literacy Office and DHS Citizenship programs in the New Americans Initiative (NAI).
