Yvonne Baginski joined the ALRC in 1996. She assists with ICCB and DHS sponsored workshops and is responsible for keeping the SOS/ICCB funded IL Adult Learning Hotline database current and updated. In addition, she coordinates exhibitors and sponsors for the Center conferences including the Multilingual Conference, ILLCF (Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation) Conference and the ESSA - Title I Conference. Yvonne is bilingual and her skills in Polish culture and language are an asset to the ALRC
